To ensure a quick and smooth return process:
Please tell us your order number, describe the problem with the product and provide us with a picture of the problem.
As soon as we have received your email, we will reply to you within 24 hours.
Please do not send your product to the address on the package you received. The return address given by our customer service is only valid! Any return or exchange will be processed as soon as it is received by our customer service team.
Returned items must have a valid tracking number. Please email us to let us know what it is once you have sent the item.
Once we have received your returned item, you are guaranteed a refund.
Take-back guarantee
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. We have a friendly customer service team that is there for you. Simply send us an email describing the problem or reason for the return and photos of each problem. Please also include your order number in your email.
A returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received. It should not have been worn or washed outside and the label should be attached.
We will be responsible or partially responsible for the following defects, provided the item is returned within 30 days: stains, malfunction of the zipper, cracks or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference and a material difference between the product photographed and the product, that you got. In the event that we cannot agree on what will make the difference in clothing or color, we will contact PayPal.
We are not responsible for clothing that does not fit, or that you do not like, or that you have changed your mind about. However, you can return them at your own expense.
We will approve the return as soon as we have received your request and information. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
